JONATHAN VARGAS

I’m proud to be part of the excellent team at Z&R Vargas. This new role represents an exciting challenge in my career, and I’m truly happy to be growing with the team as we work towards achieving our yearly goals.

I worked for over 17 years at CEMEX Corporation as a Service Account Manager (SAM) in Service Management. During this time, I led a team that included incident, problem, change, and configuration managers, with a strong focus on improving service delivery and preventing issues. Together, we successfully increased our issue prevention rate by more than 15% annually. Prior to that, I spent over 9 years in sheet metal installation, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Currently, I’m proud to be part of the excellent team at Z&R Vargas. This new role represents an exciting challenge in my career, and I’m truly happy to be growing with the team as we work towards achieving our yearly goals.
